Terms and Conditions
By booking, paying for, or attending any session, or purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please do so via telephone or the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended appointments, may incur a 50% charge, or may be forfitted.
Initial telephone consultations are free; however, 24 hours’ notice is still required if you are unable to attend.
If you attend an initial consultation and decide not to proceed with therapy, no charges will be made.
Confidentiality
All discussions are treated in the strictest confidence, except where disclosure is required:
If there is risk of self-harm or suicide (your GP or relevant services may be contacted)
If there is risk of harm to others
If information is disclosed regarding abuse of a minor
If criminal activity is disclosed where there is a legal obligation to act
Payment
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted methods include debit/credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Nature of Services
Sessions may include hypnosis, hypnotherapy, other forms of complimentary therapyand therapeutic coaching designed to support wellbeing, behavioural change, and personal development.
These services are complementary and non-medical and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Nigel Edwards does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
If you have concerns about your health, you should consult your GP or appropriate healthcare professional.
Not Suitable for Emergencies
Services are not appropriate for crisis situations.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, psychosis, severe distress, or risk of harm to yourself or others, you must contact:

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own physical and mental health and must disclose any relevant:
medical conditions
mental health diagnoses
medications
significant changes in health
You agree to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your actions, decisions, and outcomes following sessions or use of any materials.
You will be treated with respect, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
In return, you agree:
Not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or non-prescribed substances
Not to engage in behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harmful
The Practitioner reserves the right to:
Refuse or terminate sessions
Cancel appointments
Contact authorities if necessary
Online Sessions
For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a private and suitable environment, along with reliable technology.
Sessions may be recorded for professional, legal, or quality assurance purposes.
No Guarantees
Results vary between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or success.
Services and digital products are provided on a best-efforts basis.
