We begin by understanding what’s happening for you — not just at the surface level, but the patterns and triggers underneath.
From there, the work is tailored to you. Some people experience a clear shift quickly, while for others it develops progressively over a small number of sessions.
You remain aware and in control throughout. This is not about losing control — it’s about understanding how your mind is working and learning how to change the patterns that are no longer helpful.
