"I am so grateful to have worked with Richard doing inner child work. Shortly after the session I had the experience of someone snapping at me. Normally I would have taken this personally or it would have highlighted the anger that I have suppressed for so long but it didn’t. It was as if their energy went right through me, it didn’t stick as it did in the past. Amazing! I found Richard to be a very kind and caring practitioner to work with. I loved the grounding exercise we did at the start of the session and I found him to be a safe guide helping me to navigate through such a tender time in my life."

"You clarified what I was feeling about it while giving me a understanding of how we should handle our relationship. And to be upfront with my other friend to not risk losing anyone. You gave me the information and insight needed to take action and move forward. And Your wording and everything let me know to slow down and take it day by day. What I most valued or appreciated about this session is … Right off the bat he nailed me as a person! Next the gut feelings and just having Richard say we both wonder maybe, is more than enough for me and then him just being honest with me and telling me I should talk to my male friend shows Richard is a good man and great friend!
Richard you’re amazing; you connect and explain things amazing. It’s like you’re my friend and understand me very well, the friendly atmosphere you gave I couldn’t ask you to change anything keep up the great work and growth my man! Overall, the session gave me a lot of insight into my situation, was extremely helpful to me and provided a lot of value!"

“I realized I wasn't getting where I needed to be on an issue which I have worked on for years. I needed help. I was impressed with Richard’s sincerity and with the insights he shared in various group settings.
I felt I could be safe being honest about some very difficult subject material.
The energetic shift was intense. It's only two days later, but I do feel distinctly lighter, and the original issue, although still somewhat complicated, no longer feels intractable. That's huge!”

"The session that I had using Quantum EFT/Past Life with Richard was great! His calmness allowed me to relax. I liked being asked: How do you want to feel at the end of the session? My response was I wanted to feel calm and centered. When we started, I was at a 3 on a scale of 0/10. By the end of the session, I definitely felt that way at the end: 9/10. It would have been 10 but the energy was still moving. As we started tapping, he used short reminder phrases so that there was nothing to distract me from the important sensations. Richard guided me through the session, allowing me the time to see and feel what was there, without feeling rushed. I felt supported and safe. I would say that it was truly PEACHIE! Thank you, Richard. "

"Thank you for doing that, Richard! That is actually helpful in making me feel calmer—AND it served to let me know that I should be working on my problem in secret, which is most surely helpful to those close to me!”

"I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Richard Thursday! I shared two traits with Richard I have employed most of my life that I’ve managed to work around or adjust my actions to make it work for me. I am now facing several “tasks” simultaneously that will be highly distressing if I stay in that old rut. And it’s possible I won’t pull them off if I don’t do something differently!
1) I am “pressure-prompted” and have been very successful in always making things happen on time, but not in a systematic measured approach doing a bit at a time. I have preferred to do things in a “big chunk” and not piecemeal. It works well for single projects but not as well for juggling several at once with similar deadlines.
2) When I am faced with a task or challenge I am not particularly excited about, I have motivated myself by “avoiding consequences” . This isn’t particularly motivating at times! For things I am excited about, I employ “magnetic attraction” to the feelings of the outcome/environment I will experience.
Richard led me through a tapping exercise that helped reframe a task from “avoiding consequences” to being drawn forward by relishing the results of the completed outcome.
I am quite excited and motivated to make things happen, even setting up scheduled time to do it in pieces🤯
We pinpointed words, feelings and sensations to anchor it as a positive “future memory” I will call on. And outlined some journaling (SOC) to keep it alive and energized.
I am grateful to Richard for his ability to flow with me through this. He actually used techniques for coaching me that I’ve leaned on for years with my own clients. And it’s the first time I’ve been on the receiving side of them. I’m feeling great about this and see myself completing EVERYTHING on time and finding time for golf and friends too!"
Cheers!
