The best way to reach me is either by email at deerhawk@comcast.net or by phone (509) 514-2756. My YouTube channel is @richarddalke158 if you want to see what EFT looks like and other videos I have created.
Not at this time. I only do one-on-one counseling and coaching sessions. The Transformative Counseling/Coaching package is also one-on-one only.
Whether this is your first time working with a counselor or coach or you have been a client numerous times, come with an open mind and an open heart. The best way to start is with an introductory session where we can get to know each other a little bit and get a sense of how we can best help you create the future you are seeking. This 20-minute Discovery session is free of charge.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Tapping is a stress management technique often called “acupuncture without the needles.” By tapping on 8 to 12 common acupressure points along different body meridians, clients can often not only feel more relaxed, calm and focused, they are able to reduce or release long-held emotional pain from negative or traumatic events they have experienced. Combining tapping on these acupressure points along with cognitive behavioral techniques (exposure therapy) can often help clients reduce physical, mental and emotional pain they have been experiencing from a recent event or from their past that is still impacting their lives in the present. Clients often find relief from trauma, unwanted habits, cravings, grief, anxiety, depression, unfulfilled dreams, painful relationships, poor self-esteem, long held negative belief patterns and more. Even though clients are often surprised at how rapidly EFT can help them, they sometimes find that it might take several sessions to obtain all of the benefits they are seeking. Clients are also taught how to use EFT on their own, so they can feel empowered to manage their own anxiety and stress levels at home or at the office when they aren’t in a session with a coach or counselor.
