3. Client Responsibilities

a) You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history and the current condition for which you seek our services.

b) You understand that your active participation and commitment are essential for the effectiveness of the hypnosis process.

c) You agree to inform the hypnotist of any changes in your health or medication during the course of treatment.

d) Whenever required, you will provide a written letter from your health care provider stating that (s)he agrees that you use the services provided by InnerThoughtQuest Limited.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. However, we may be required to break confidentiality in order to comply with legal requirements, or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Session Recordings

With your explicit consent, sessions will be recorded for training or quality assurance, training, and record keeping purposes. You have the right to decline recording at anytime.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

b) Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

c) Refunds are not offered for services already rendered. Additional sessions may be provided, at no extra cost, at the discretion of InnerThoughtQuest Limited.

7. Liability Limitation

InnerThoughtQuest Limited and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Results and Guarantees

While we strive to provide exceptional services, we cannot guarantee specific results. The effectiveness of hypnosis sessions can vary between individuals. We are always available to discuss in advance any concerns you may have about the results of our sessions.
