I studied Massage Therapy at Traviss Technical Institute. This excellent program introduced me to many modalities (styles) of massage and bodywork. I graduated in 2001.

I specialize in therapeutic massage and pain relief with extensive knowledge in treatment for sciatica. I am also very skilled in pre-natal massage. I offer infant massage instruction to parents, Reiki and cranial sacral therapy. I believe everyone should receive massage on a regular basis as a "tune-up" for the body.

I am a certified Master Hypnotist, licensed massage therapist in the state of WV, and Reiki Master Teacher.

My interest in massage began as I watched many family members suffer from illnesses that were not helped by traditional medications. In an effort to provide comfort and ease their pain I began studying massage. As a 2005 graduate of Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, I have been practicing for over 15 years. In my sessions I use a variety of techniques including classic and therapeutic massage delivered with individualized treatment plans, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, and Reiki, a Japanese relaxation and healing technique. Through these modalities I can positively impact the world one client at a time.

I attended DCI technical school in Monaca, PA with thoughts of being more fluid in energy work and other alternative modalities. Instead, I fell in love with anatomy and discovering mysteries of why the body hurts.

I got licensed in 2016 and have worked full time in this field since.

Most of my clients come to me for pain relief techniques. I incorporate many modalities including deep tissue massage, gua sha, cupping, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish massage.

Helping clients achieve and maintain pain relief is why I choose to do this job. This life can be tough sometimes, And helping to ease life's discomfort is a blessing.

After graduating from Intermountain Massage Therapy College in 2022, I set out to achieve my goal of helping others. Everyone heals differently. I know this and do what I can with my knowledge of the body and mind to help people heal.

My first experience as a massage therapist was in high school. A friend was enrolled in the carpentry program at VoTech and after bending and lifting all day his body wore out. He would come over to my house in the evening and have me walk on his back. That is not something I do for my clients today, but I am dedicated to giving each person who gets on my table looking for relief a good quality massage.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University and associate's degree in Massage Therapy from the Community College of Allegheny County.

If you get a session with me I recommend adding an enhancement such as aromatherapy, foot scrub or hot stones. It brings to the massage what icing does to a cake. It makes something good even better! See me for Swedish Massage and Prenatal Massage.
